Today was fun! Went for RP Magic IG during the evening to chill out, followed by rushing down to City BayView hotel for SAM Guest Night. I invited Bowen and Jannson down as i believe it's gonna be a fun night!

How sporting of both of them to actually want to perform as guest magicians! RESPECT! Whole night started off with greetings as I was walking around the function room.. Realised I have not seen many of the magicians for some time like Jeremy Tan, Kyle, Imran, Azim.. Many more! Got to know Boscow too! He's a professional fire artist.

Performances started with Jeremy Pei who did a beautiful card manipulation and linking hangers act. Next was Jannson! He was really nervous with his Little Chu Chu~ I respect him for his courage to stand out there to perform! Then, it was my turn with a simple ball and vase routine which ended up with silence.. NO RESPONSE! Omg.. Something's wrong.. Afterwhich, there were other performances by Imran, Kyle, Andrew Kong, Uncle Bob, Alex T - MC, Chris Tito (I think I missed out a few).. Alex forgot about Bowen who also wanted to do a card routine! It's ok Bowen! You'll have another chance! =)

Night ended with a small session with Uncle Bob whereby he shared a few of his ideas and routines closeup! It was really an eye opener seeing how he put bits and pieces of beautiful magic to form one whole beautiful art piece!

Zombied!

Made this balloon hat a day ago..
Trust me.. It was meant to actually be a rectangular hat.. But it turned out to be like that! =X

Well.. Definitely a tiring but fun day today!

Volunteered as a balloon sculptor today for this event: Vibrant Blood is a two day roadshow cum public blood donation drive organised by the Red Cross Humanitarian Network - NTU and NUS chapters targeted at increasing the awareness of the importance of blood donation and social responsibilty amongst the youths.

So Melvin and I went down to HarbourFront Mrt station to meet Kenneth where the event was held.. It was really fun as balloons were all provided and there were many nice volunteers from red cross who were there to help! 3 hours of pretty relaxed ballooning, for both the volunteers and passers-by.. Great time to try out new ideas! I made a balloon hat for this sweet girl - Merilyn.. Plus my favourite M16Rifle, Spiderman and the usual swords, bears flowers, dogs etc. Ken was as usual with his Jumbo balloon hat and his Excalibur! - Crazy Balloonist!

Ended the tiring day of voluntary ballooning with a walk to showcase Ken's Jumbo Hat in Vivo City, PS and dinner at PS Mac.. Met Bowen after work! Everyone was tired but craving for pool which brought us to Monster Cue!

Kenneth with his Jumbo Rainbow Coloured Balloon Hat!

Check out the Spiderman! Weird looking face though.. =P

That's me at Monster Cue~! 8 Ball Finale!

Finally now.. Back home from that long train and bus ride with Viknesh too which we met on the way home..
